What happens if the commission information I need isn’t available?
If the commission information isn't available at the time of your request, we'll immediately contact the Listing Agent and notify you as soon as the information is updated. We'll notify you at the time of your request, and provide you the opportunity to share listing agent name, phone and email to help us expedite your request.
Is there a fee to access commission information?
No, requesting commission information through our platform is free for Buyer Agents.
Can I search for multiple listings at once?
Currently, you need to submit a request for each listing individually.
However, we are evaluating features that will allow multiple requests.
How quickly will I receive the commission information after submitting a request?
Typically, you will receive the information within minutes. If the information is pending, you’ll be notified of the status and updated as soon as it’s available.
